Join us in celebrating our 40th Anniversary of the PADRE Foundation at this year’s Fashion Show Gala. This is a great opportunity to make connections, see old friends, raise funds, and have a blast while doing so! If your child, or teen, is interested in participating in the May 10th show, please register using the form below.

After registration has taken place, an email to schedule your photoshoot time slot, what to wear, and all other details will be sent to you the first week of December.

We will have 10-minute increments from 9am to 5pm available at the Wade Center located at the CHOC Clinic building in Orange.
