PADRE Foundation College Scholarship Program

The Pediatrics-Adolescent Diabetes Research and Education (PADRE) Foundation Scholarship Program is available to High School Seniors or Incoming Freshmen seeking higher education at an accredited four-year university, college, technical, or trade school. This scholarship recognizes students who are actively involved in the diabetes community, who have high academic performance, who participate in community and/or extra-curricular activities, and who have demonstrated that they are successfully managing the challenges of living with Type 1 diabetes.

 The PADRE Foundation Scholarship Program is not based on financial need.

Scholarships for Diabetes Programs and Youth Camps 

Scholarships are offered to children who would gain from attending an overnight youth camp focused on diabetes. These scholarships are granted based on financial need, with preference given to first-time campers. Applicants must submit an application, which will be reviewed for eligibility.
